How GHK-Cu Pure works

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide — glycine, histidine, lysine, holding a copper ion — that occurs naturally in human plasma. Plasma levels are highest in early adulthood and fall steadily from there, which is the origin of most research interest in supplementing it.

The published work is unusually deep for a peptide: collagen and elastin synthesis, wound healing, antioxidant activity and the remodelling of damaged tissue. Topically it works at the skin surface; delivered subcutaneously it is studied for the same processes systemically.

This is the pure form — the identical molecule to the topical serum, without the two repair peptides that sit alongside it in the Glow stack.

What does GHK-Cu do for skin?
Research covers collagen and elastin synthesis, wound healing and antioxidant activity. It is one of the most extensively studied peptides in skin science, which is why the same molecule anchors both our topical range and this cartridge.
GHK-Cu Pure or the Glow stack?
Pure is GHK-Cu on its own. Glow adds BPC-157 and TB-500 for repair and recovery alongside it — choose Glow if recovery matters as much as skin, Pure if it doesn't.
Do I need a pen for this?
Yes. It's supplied as a standard 3 ml cartridge, which loads into the reusable click-pen in the Starter Kit or a single-use Disposable Pen. Nothing to reconstitute or measure — you load the cartridge, click the dose, attach a needle.
How fast is delivery in South Africa?
We ship nationwide with The Courier Guy, typically 1–3 working days to major centres and 2–4 to outlying areas. Cold-chain items go out in insulated packaging with tracking on every parcel. We ship within South Africa only.
