What does the SNAP-8 in the serum do?

SNAP-8 is a peptide associated with the look of softened expression lines, so the serum works on firmness and a smoother appearance together.
Where are your products made?

Our copper-peptide formulations are manufactured abroad by a specialist peptide laboratory — they are not made in South Africa. They are proudly imported and distributed locally by M Stream (Pty) Ltd, so you get globally formulated peptides with fast, local delivery and support.
How do I use the serum?

Apply an appropriate amount to clean skin, smoothing over the skin and patting gently in. Morning and night, before your cream.
How do I use the cream?

After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount evenly to the face or body and gently massage until completely absorbed. Use after your serum.
Is it safe? Any cautions?

For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue and consult a practitioner if sensitivity occurs. If pregnant or treating a medical condition, consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
Will it work — are results guaranteed?

This is a cosmetic skincare product with no medical claims. Peptide skincare supports the look of healthier skin with consistent use, and results vary person to person. We keep our promise to what the formula does: hydrates, brightens and firms for glowing skin.
What is a "Pair"? How does buying with a friend work?

A Pair is you + one friend buying together so you both save. When you start a Pair your card is held, not charged. The moment your friend joins, the Pair completes and you're both charged the lower price. If it doesn't fill in time, the hold is fully reversed — no charge, nothing to claim back.
When exactly am I charged for a Pair?

Only when the Pair completes (your friend joins). Until then it's just a hold. If the window closes unfilled, the hold drops off automatically.
How is my order shipped?
