- Single-use, tied to your email, and valid for 90 days.

- Skincare Pairs fill within 24 hours; pen Pairs get 48 hours.
- If the Pair doesn't fill, your order ships exactly as normal — you simply miss the credit. Nothing is ever charged twice.
