Refunds & Returns

Our 30-day promise

Try any SummerPeptides product for 30 days. If it's not right for your skin, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product cost — no need to return an opened bottle. Shipping is refunded only when the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to claim

1. Email hello@summerpeptides.co.za with your order number and a one-line reason.
2. We'll confirm within one working day and process the refund back to your card via Peach Payments.
3. Refunds typically settle within 3–10 working days depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately and arrange courier collection of the damaged unit at our cost.

Pair refunds

If your Pair doesn't complete in time, the pre-authorisation hold is reversed automatically — nothing settles from your account. If your Pair completes and you then request a refund under the 30-day promise, we refund at the Pair price you actually paid.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
