Privacy Policy (POPIA)

1. Who we are

M Stream (Pty) Ltd trading as SummerPeptides is the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, WhatsApp / phone number, delivery address.
• Order details: products, price, invoice history.
• Payment metadata: authorisation and settlement references from Peach Payments. We do not store card numbers.
• Analytics: cookies for GA4 (only if you consent).

3. Why we use it

• To fulfil your order and provide support.
• To send lifecycle emails and WhatsApp messages related to your order and Pair.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• With your consent, to send marketing.

4. Sharing

We share only what's necessary with our operators: Peach Payments (payments), The Courier Guy (delivery), Brevo (email & WhatsApp) and Google Analytics 4 (if you consent). All operators are bound by written agreements and process data on our instructions.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Email hello@summerpeptides.co.za.

6. Retention

We keep order and invoice records for the period required by South African tax law (currently 5 years) and marketing consent until you withdraw it.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and session working. GA4 analytics cookies load only when you accept the cookie banner. You can withdraw at any time via your browser or by clearing site data.
