1. Who we are

SummerPeptides is a trading brand of M Stream (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "SummerPeptides" mean M Stream (Pty) Ltd. "You" means the person buying from us.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices before you complete checkout. Product images are illustrative; final packaging may vary.

3. Pair pricing ("Glow Together")

When you buy through the Pair flow, we place a pre-authorisation hold on your card at the Pair price. If your friend joins within the window, we capture the payment. If the Pair doesn't complete, the hold is reversed and no funds settle — subject to your bank's release times (typically 3–10 working days).

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer; we accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline an order at our discretion, including for stock, fraud or payment reasons.

5. Shipping

We ship across South Africa via The Courier Guy, in insulated packaging with a cold pack. See our Shipping page.

6. Refunds & returns

See our Refunds & Returns policy. Under the Consumer Protection Act you have specific rights; nothing in these terms limits them.

7. Cosmetic use only

Our topical peptide products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. The GLP-1 range is restricted to adults with a valid prescription.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
