Anywhere in South Africa, via The Courier Guy — door-to-door tracked delivery.

Cold chain

Peptides are temperature-sensitive. Every order ships in an insulated mailer with a reusable cold pack, keeping the parcel below 25°C for the transit window.

Dispatch schedule

• We dispatch Monday to Wednesday only, so parcels never sit in a courier hub over a weekend.
• Orders placed after 11:00 SAST on Wednesday ship the following Monday.
• You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your parcel is collected.

Delivery timing

• Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 1–2 working days.
• Regional & outlying areas: 2–4 working days.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode. Standard rate for a single unit to a major metro is around R95; free shipping applies to orders over R750 (subject to change).

What to do on arrival

Refrigerate the serum after opening. The cream is shelf-stable at room temperature but keeps best below 25°C.

Missed deliveries

The Courier Guy will attempt delivery twice, then hold the parcel at the nearest depot. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll be in touch to arrange a re-ship at cost.
