A peptide is only as good as its last twelve hours. Temperature excursion is the single most common reason a product underperforms, and it almost always happens in transit or in a kitchen fridge door.
What we control
Every GLP-1 cartridge and pre-filled pen we ship comes from renowned Novo-Lela, sealed and batch-coded. Stock is held cold with generator backup, picked into an insulated mailer with a frozen gel pack, and handed to The Courier Guy for tracked door-to-door delivery.

What you control
On arrival, move cartridges to the body of the fridge — not the door, where the temperature swings most. Keep them upright and in their carton, away from the freezer plate. Ambient-shipped items such as Foundayo need none of this.
If a parcel arrives warm, photograph it before opening and contact us the same day. We replace it.
